It seemed legit enough at first, so I gave it a chance. I’m not trying to make a huge deal out of it, but the experience didn’t really sit right with me. At this point, I’d at least expect some kind of apology or acknowledgment.

The issue did get resolved eventually, but it took a little longer than I expected. If anyone else runs into the same thing, I’d suggest giving yourself some extra time and following up if you don’t hear back right away.

"Good delivery, tiny scare with the box"
I ordered a few parts from EliteHubs it went smoothly. The package showed up on time and the tracking kept updating properly, which was nice. The box did have a small dent, so for a second I was like, great, here we go... but everything inside was totally fine. Not perfect, but also kind of a relief. I'd give it 4 stars.

The prices are okay, honestly. I did find the same parts a bit cheaper on other sites, so I’m not going to pretend this was the absolute lowest option out there. But that doesn’t mean it’s bad either, if they have deals running, it can still be worth buying from them.

Got my order from elitehubs and the invoice was all correct, the prices, item details, everything matched up fine. No problems with the order itself. My only gripe is that the confirmation email took longer than I expected, and I’d put that on their email/processing team needing to be a bit quicker.

I pre-ordered a mouse from EliteHubs, and while it did arrive safely in the end, the updates were not very clear. I had to ask twice just to know what was going on, which felt a bit ridiculous. The price was okay, and the product itself was fine, but I really wish they communicated better during the process

"Replacement worked out, just took a bit of patience"
I had to get a replacement for something I ordered from elitehubs.com. The process itself wasn’t really complicated, but reading between the lines, it felt like things only moved along once I followed up. Their replies were a bit slow, which was mildly frustrating, but I did eventually get the replacement and it’s working fine now. Overall, not a bad experience, just one that could definitely be quicker

When my order from elitehubs.com arrived, my first impression was positive. The outer box looked clean and wasn’t damaged at all, which immediately made me feel better. Inside, everything was packed properly with enough bubble wrap, and there were no loose parts or scratches. I was a little worried before opening it, but the packaging was simple and done well. Happy with the experience.

"Showed Up Sooner Than Expected"
My order actually got here way faster than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. I kept checking the tracking out of habit, then kind of forgot about it for a bit, and suddenly it was already close by. Everything was packed just fine, tracking updated quickly, and I don’t really have anything to complain about

I sent the support team an email with my receipt details, and they got back to me quickly with what to do next. The refund hit my account a few days later, so there wasn’t any hassle or back-and-forth. Happy with how they handled it

my order arrived fine in the end, but the tracking was a bit frustrating. it stayed on the same status for days, then out of nowhere the package showed up. support did get back to me, just not super quickly. overall it wasn’t a bad experience, i just wish the tracking updates were clearer

"GPU was actually in stock"
I needed a specific GPU and pretty much every other site was either out of stock or showing some vague delivery date. Elitehubs had it listed as available, i was a bit skeptical at first, but the stock status turned out to be accurate.
The ordering process was smooth and there wasn’t any unnecessary drama. It was just nice to see “available” actually mean available for once. I’d use them again, though if they ever start playing the same stock-status games as other sites, I’d probably just take my money somewhere else.

I found what I was looking for quickly, and the pages loaded without any issues. Checkout was simple too, which I really appreciated. Compared to some other sites where you have to click through a bunch of confusing steps, this was way more straightforward. Overall, a good experience.

"Pretty smooth support experience"
I had a small issue with my order confirmation and wasn’t totally sure if the order had actually gone through. I sent them a message and, to be fair, they got back to me quickly. The support person checked things on their end and explained what happened in a way that was easy enough to understand. It was nice not having to wait around forever. I’d probably buy from Elitehubs again
